TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Flexii Design products are made for business owners looking to improve sales and business awareness through content creation. By purchasing a Flexii Design mockup or graphic design, you agree to the terms and conditions of the Standard Commercial License, including the copyright penalties that apply if boundaries are broken. Buying a Flexii Design product does not include the freedom of resale, sharing, re-creating, or tweaking with the intent to resell as an organic digital product. All Flexii Design products are protected by (DRM) Digital Rights Management, and users found infringing copyright boundaries will be prosecuted.


Penalties for copyright infringement may include legal action for damages, an audit of store sales for copyrighted product(s), and any other remedies available under applicable laws. Users found infringing copyright boundaries will be prosecuted and may also be subject to a permanent ban from Flexii Designs.


Standard Commercial License:

✓ Cannot resell the mockup or graphic design file
✓ Cannot share the PSD/ PSDT/ PDF/ PNG file
✓ Same company use only

IMPORTANT RESTRICTIONS TO INCLUDE:
❌  Cannot resell the mockup template, graphic design files, or recreate graphic designs.
❌  Cannot share/distribute the PSD/ PSDT/ PDF/ PNG file or include mockups or graphic designs in design bundles.
❌  Must use for final product presentation only.

    • Print-on-demand product listings
    • Personal or business portfolio use
    ❌ Restrictions:
    • Single user/business only
    • Cannot share/transfer PSD/ PSDT/ PDF/ PNG file
    • Cannot resell or redistribute mockup or graphic designs
    • Cannot recreate graphic design or mockups
    • Cannot include mockup or graphic design in design bundles
    • Cannot use as part of website templates
    • Cannot use as part of print-on-demand templates
